What to Wear – Fall Edition
So it’s officially Fall here (even though it may not feel quite like Fall yet) but Fall clothing is the best. I love the fall colors and boots!
One question that I am often asked the most is “What do I need to wear for my session.” We have Fall Mini Sessions, coming up so I thought I would list a few tips and outfit ideas.
Tip 1 – Be yourself. You will feel more comfortable in something you would wear normally.
Tip 2 – Mix it up – Do not try to match completely. It’s best to choose one color scheme and coordinate with that color. Like similar shades of that color – not all the same shade.
Tip 3 – Accessories can add a lot of pop and color to a photograph. Choose from all sorts of fun accessories – hats, jewelry, headbands, scarves and flowers in a little girl’s hair.
But remember to not over accessorize.
Tip 4 – Don’t be afraid to layer or use different textures. This is an easy way to add style to any photo.
Tip 5 – Do not forget shoes! Your shoes will be part of the photograph as well – be sure to consider your shoes when planning your outfit.
And just an added tip – Adults can wear anything and be comfortable. But often times, kids can get uncomfortable. You may want to keep that in mind when picking out their outfits.
I have included some outfit looks that I think are perfect for any photo.
